The place was great, the view was amazing from both the room and the restaurant or bar, and the décor was tastefully chosen. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the hotel van was very appreciated both at arrival and departure. However, the air‑conditioning gas in the room was empty, the food was really bad, there were damp smells in the bed and the restaurant, and there were no mosquito‑repellent tools (plugs, citronella diffusers, or anything else).

Everything was great—the facilities, the room, the restaurant food, and the location! Above all, the staff were the real stars. Having travelled widely and stayed in many hotels, this was by far the most amazing staff I’ve ever encountered, with kindness, service, hospitality, and a constant readiness to help. It’s really worth it.

The room was exceptional in elegance, design, cleanliness, and view, surpassing my expectations because the photos on Google or the website didn’t do it justice. The staff were always incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring our needs were met and going above and beyond. I honestly can’t think of anything I didn’t like; I loved everything from booking to check‑in to check‑out. It was simply a superb experience.

What a peaceful haven this hotel is! The view from the rooms is so beautiful and calming, stretching out to the horizon, that we were eager to come back from the beach, head to the terrace, and watch the sunset. The breakfasts were among the best we’ve had during our stay. The restaurants on the beach around the hotel are excellent – go there with your eyes closed!
