MAKAROUNIS THEA

“Geweldig, strand dichtbij.”

The apartment is beautiful and offers incredible value for the money. The furnishings are new, the bathroom and kitchen are lovely. The view is stunning. The owner is always available. Everything is neat and clean. Kalamata, Pylos, and Koroni are nearby. Nothing negative.

The location offers a sea view from our small balcony. The host is very friendly. Nothing negative.

“Non eccezionale”

The owner gave a very warm welcome, the parking is in front of the building, the balcony offers a wonderful sea view, the air‑conditioner is excellent and the bed is super comfortable. Unfortunately, the studio feels a bit old‑fashioned and could use a redesign. On entry there’s a lingering unpleasant food smell. Walls and ceilings are cluttered with wires and pipes, one looks like a drain from the floor above, there are scratches, holes in the curtains, and the cleaning is not outstanding. The shower curtain that “includes” the toilet makes it feel like you’re washing everywhere. Even the interior lights are disappointing, with those ugly white hospital‑style LEDs.

The apartment was well‑furnished and had the right amount of space. Its location was great for exploring the surroundings. The owner was very welcoming, and I recommend this place.

“Magnifique”

Tout et merci à Yannis pour sa gentillesse. La propreté, le village, la vue magnifique. Juste mettre un rideau sur la porte vitrée face au lit car cela réveille le matin ou quand les personnes allument la lumière du couloir et oublient de l’éteindre
