The staff were fantastic and the front desk area was very tidy, and the rooms were clean too, but the toilets were cramped and not all that clean. The toilets were the only issue.

The spot is spot on, just under five minutes from Haram. The place was spotless and kept in top shape, and our room was comfy and immaculate. Breakfast was tasty, offering a nice spread of fresh choices. Everyone on the team was warm, helpful, and welcoming all through our visit. No complaints.

The staff performed outstandingly, especially the housekeeping staff member Mr. Bilal who was just a call away and kept our room neat and clean, and a lady at reception was quite helpful. The property was also near the Haram, so I’ll recommend it to all my friends and family.

Everything was great and clean. The Wi‑Fi signal was poor.
