The service from SRA. SILVIA was pleasant, but when we arrived a misunderstanding with the administrator, SRA. AMATISTA’s tone felt off. Overall, the staff fell short; we never received a towel from day one even though they promised it, and the mattresses needed replacing while the pillows were ridiculously soft.
