the front desk guy was nice. no coffee maker. very boo!
“Good Value”
Very large room. Full size refrigerator. Had a microwave. Comfy bed. We had a comfortable couch. Plenty of parking. I would stay there again. I called and asked if there was a luggage cart. They assured me there would be no problem. My husband and I are seniors and we cannot carry up the luggage that wasnt on wheels. Apparently guests took the carts and kept them in the room. Same thing in the morning. We had to lug up and down the heavy bags. They should require a sign up sheet so the staff would know where they are at all times. Also they need another mirror in the room

Some of the amenities I have come to expect were missing, i.e. Hand towels, coffee maker. The hallway carpets were filthy. Not a good impression. I was seriously concerned with the condition of the room even before I entered
