POETICA BOUTIQUE SKY HOTEL

The location was good, the rooms were modern and fairly clean, but the palace looked awful and the condominium elevator was dirty and poorly maintained.

The location was very good, close to the interesting areas of Naples, and the view from the room and terrace was great; we have nothing to complain about.

“Could be better”

The staff were wonderful, a very pleasant and helpful reception girl, and the hotel is very close to the center so no taxi was needed; the view from the room was breathtaking, one of the best. The hotel on the 8th and 9th floors was in a very old creepy building; no staff helped with the luggage, and with children it was very critical; the floor and sheets were not very clean, there were stains on the bedding and towels; the shower water was very, very weak, hot water only from the upper shower (not the hand); there were no shelves inside the shower, so it was not comfortable to put the stuff in the sink and use them while passing.

The view from the terrace was nice, but the breakfasts were quite poor – although the friendly Italian waiter served us, the noise from the breakfast preparation could be heard in the room that was right next to the breakfast corner.

The hotel’s location was great and the reception staff were super friendly, but everything was very loud – you could hear everything from the hallway, the open breakfast area, and even from the balcony where you could hear all the neighbors; the breakfast buffet selection was poor – no pastries, only toast, and only five types of cheese and sausage; additionally, our Junior Suite room was very small.
