Alle Grotte turned our Matera visit into something truly memorable, thanks to its undeniable charm. The only drawback was the lack of a luggage storage spot while we roamed the city, which would have made sightseeing a lot easier. Matera itself is a once‑in‑a‑lifetime destination, and for a hotel that checks out so early, a storage solution would have been perfect.
