Hub Hostel Hatyai

Everything about this stay was absolutely perfect. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, the location was ideal, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. A flawless experience from start to finish. I highly recommend it!

I had a really disappointing experience staying at this hostel. I was sleeping on the upper bed, Bed No. 1 on the 3rd floor, when I discovered that the ceiling was leaking water in the middle of the night because of the heavy rain outside. I went downstairs to the reception, but there was nobody there, so I had no choice but to wait until the next morning to report the problem. The receptionist then moved me to another bed nearby, but unfortunately, the same problem happened again. Water was still dripping from the ceiling, and the constant sound of water hitting the floor made it difficult to sleep. I understand that heavy rain can sometimes cause unexpected problems, but having a leaking ceiling in the sleeping area is unacceptable, especially when guests need a safe and comfortable place to rest. The issue should be properly fixed rather than simply moving guests to another bed with the same problem

“Good for few night”

The location is great, but there’s no elevator and air‑conditioning only starts after 6 pm.

The location is very good, central and close to Hat Yai’s main markets. The staff is a bit careless, and the place is a little noisy.

The location is good, close to Kimm Yong market and both night and morning food spots, with plenty of variety.
