The view is great. However, the elevator exit to the rooms was confusing, and there were trays of food plates on the floor.

The location is risky at night: the entrance is difficult to navigate and the area is poorly lit, with signage barely visible.

Breakfast is good, buffet style, and the beach access is convenient. The restaurant menu offers little variety for lunch and dinner, and the value for money is poor. The access road is poorly marked, with a mix of dirt and paved sections. The heated pool is tiny, almost a jacuzzi. We lost a piece of clothing that never reappeared, even after the staff were aware of it.

“Mala experiencia”

The infrastructure is solid, featuring a large pool, a football court, and easy beach access, and the staff are friendly. Everything else is bad: the facilities are deteriorated, metal is rusted, wooden doors are swollen, and the kids’ pool was muddy and only heated on Monday as an exception. After my complaint, they said it would be turned on Tuesday but not until 5 pm. It feels like a favor to use advertised amenities. The rooftop glass, furniture, pool umbrellas, and mats are very dirty. Rooms smelled like dirty cloth whenever they were cleaned, and the first day’s deodorizer had a bad odor. No pool staff handed out towels; I had to go to reception. The restaurant lacked pizza, ceviche, or burgers; the portions were tiny for the prices. I had to eat 20 km away because nothing nearby. I was about to leave a note in the complaint book, but that’s private, so I’ll stick to posting on social media and other platforms.
