The room had no window, was damp, musty, and had rust in the bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable, a very disappointing experience.

The double room was too hot to sleep in and the air conditioning couldn't be turned down; there was no window in the small room.

I liked the location because I wanted to be near The RoundHouse Chalk Farm for an event, the staff were friendly, and booking through the system was easy, but everything else was fine.

The staff were very friendly and the beds were very comfy, the shower and bathroom were lovely, and the hotel was close to an underground station for easy access to the centre, though a little far from the centre itself; Camden markets were a 20‑minute walk away. We could also leave luggage before check‑in, which was very kind. The room was very small even after an upgrade, and the biscuits and coffee in the room were a nice touch, but the biscuits had been half‑eaten—likely by previous guests—and the cleaners didn't notice the opened packet, which felt unhygienic. There was a consistent noise of water running through pipes during both nights, probably because our room was near the pipes, and it woke me up a few times; the automatic lights also came on at night, which felt a bit spooky.
