“A beautiful ryokan with wonderful rooms, food, and exceptionally thoughtful staff.”

We had a wonderful stay at this ryokan. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed in traditional Japanese style, with lovely tatami flooring that really added to the authentic atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and having a private onsen was such a special and relaxing experience. We also really enjoyed the food at the restaurant. Everything was fresh and delicious, with a great selection of high-quality options, including wonderful seafood from Hokkaido. The staff also went above and beyond when we accidentally left a personal item behind. They kindly helped us get it back which we truly appreciated. Overall, a very memorable and relaxing stay. We would definitely love to come back!. Nothing comes to mind

The food was exceptionally delicious, and although many staff members were from abroad, they all handled us with great courtesy, but the hotel lacked any traditional‑style facilities like a large public bath that would add a sense of atmosphere.
