Hyatt House Nashville Downtown-Convention Center

We liked everything except the rudeness and the $300+ drilling that made our stay uncomfortable. Maintenance came in mid‑stay and changed the locks on the whole floor, banging and drilling for an hour. Management offered a food voucher for the inconvenience, but I didn’t use it and had to move rooms after the work was already finished.

“The staff was super nice and helpful. Room was great.”

The water pressure was excellent and the room was spacious, though there was a stain on the sheet.

I slept well in a comfy bed, but parking cost $50 and I had to fill out an authorization form to pay; the bathroom shower had mildew around the edges, and there were no stir sticks for coffee in the room, plus the view was not good.

Getting in was easy, the staff were very friendly and helpful, but the breakfast was just so-so.

I loved the comfortability and the cleanliness! Staff is great and very informative. Also liked the short distance it was from Broadway!
