The hotel was quiet and the general sauna was good. I asked for a double bed but it didn’t work out; we received a room where the beds were side‑by‑side against the wall. The mattresses had collapsed and the room needed renovation. The woman at reception seemed annoyed and was not very customer‑service oriented; she even claimed she didn’t remember which rooms had new beds when I mentioned it. Not a repeat visit.
