The place was spotless, and the balcony was a nice touch. The hosts left a small basket on the table with wine, biscuits, and crisps, which I really appreciated. They were polite and easy to deal with. The bed, however, was very hard; I didn't sleep at all the first night because I'm used to a softer mattress, but I managed a few hours of rest the second night. A mattress topper would have been a lifesaver.

Checking in was a breeze, and the little extras like drinks, snacks, and slippers were a nice touch. The room sign‑post was missing, so we had no clue where the room was on the map. The new TV kept buffering, so a few more instructions would help.

Having stayed at many places in Glossop, the Westwood Boutique really tops them all for cleanliness and comfort – both my wife and I agree. We’re so happy we’ll definitely put this on the top of our list from now on.

The location and facilities are great, but the showers in some suites feel a bit cramped.
