Sea Seeker Krabi Resort

“Every thing it’s ok”

There was nothing to say, so I’ll keep it neutral with an 8.0/10.

“Sehr gute Location, schöner Pool für Familien, tolles japanisches Restaurant im Haus!”

Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Zimmer sauber, das Bett bequem, das Personal freundlich und kompetent – aber das Beste war das Sushi-Restaurant im Haus, das ich uneingeschränkt empfehle! Das Frühstück war jedoch recht unspektakulär und das Egg Benedict wurde leider kalt serviert.

“hotel was very basic and the service and facilities could be improved.”

The only bright spot was the location—close to markets, shops, and everything you need. The hotel itself felt very basic and disappointing: towels were scarce, hot water often missing, and it seemed they cut corners on basic amenities. We were also harassed by a taxi driver who forced his way into the hotel and pressured us to ride with him; we reported this to reception, but the staff failed to resolve the issue. In short, good location but poor service and facilities.

The only bright spot is the location, being close to markets, shops, and everything you need, but the hotel itself is very basic and disappointing: towels are limited, hot water often unavailable, and many basic amenities are cut; we also had a nasty encounter with a taxi driver who entered the hotel and pressured us to ride with him, and when we complained to reception the staff failed to handle it properly, so overall it’s a good location but poor service and facilities.

Everything was, by far, our best accommodation; the staff went out of their way, the location was great, and the room was clean. We liked everything here.
