They’re totally different from other hotels, feel super family‑friendly, the owners are charming and go out of their way to help, the place is surrounded by nature and you can hear frogs and crickets at night, everything is spotless and well maintained, the owner speaks excellent English, the wife is very hospitable, they cook amazing food, they’ve decorated everything themselves so it feels like home, it’s a bit far from the city but that’s fine because it’s worth it.

The place is absolutely phenomenal—spacious, comfortable, and incredibly clean (sterile), the interiors are tastefully and wonderfully atmospheric, artistic, it’s simply lovely, surrounded by an exotic tropical garden, the people running Baan Hotelier Resort are fantastic and dedicated, you can feel their passion and heart in everything they do, even though we arrived very late at night the owner was waiting for us, the breakfast served was delicious and fresh, we even had the pleasure of trying fruit straight from the garden, nearby there’s a harbor with ferries to Ko Chang island. Absolutely nothing was wrong—everything was perfect.
