The hotel features a British-style bar and international restaurant, serving à la carte and classic pub dishes. It's a 3-minute walk from shopping, cafés, and a cinema.

I met friendly and helpful staff, a very nice and clean spa, and spacious, quiet rooms. The food was superb and the service at restaurant Ywon was excellent—highly recommend a visit there. Bishopsarms also offered good food and pleasant staff. Overall, a pleasant stay at Elit stadshotellet Eskilstuna, Hotel & Spa. The only hiccup was that booking the restaurants online was difficult because they appeared fully booked, but when we asked reception for a time slot they managed to find availability.

The breakfast selection was pleasantly narrow and partly of Swedish origin. The yogurt and granola were very tasty, though I would have liked a pudding option. The staff were very pleasant. The room could have had a larger blanket and mirrors, at least half the size.
