It’s quite close to the Termini train station, giving good city access. The downstairs bar is noisy, with people chatting loudly on the street outside until early hours, and the old, rickety lift takes us up to the sixth floor. There were no detailed check‑in instructions, so I had to search online before arriving. The agent’s communication was poor, with no reply to a follow‑up message sent weeks earlier. Basic bathroom fittings were missing, posing a safety risk. I suggest a floor mat (the floor is very slippery when wet) and a shelf inside the shower cubicle for shampoo, soap, etc.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable, and the location is great. The elevator is terrible—claustrophobic, a boxy thing. The street is noisy because it faces the Yellow Bar.

Just a stone's throw from Termini, the room was decent and had a balcony. The staff answered messages fast and were very friendly. The bar below was too loud, and there was no fridge in the room.
