“There’s a good place to stay very central easy to get around closer to every day however I would make sure that the air”

I stayed in a very central night queen room. The air conditioning worked on the first night, but on the second night it stopped working entirely.

The room was huge and the bed was incredibly comfortable, giving me the best sleep possible for a conference with early starts and long days—an amazing bonus. The toilet roll holder fell off the first time I used the toilet, but that wasn’t a big issue. In the morning it was dark and I saw a light around the fridge; the little freezer was so over‑frozen that its door wouldn’t close. I told reception, and they defrosted it while I was at the conference. When I returned around 5.30 pm the fridge was still off, with towels scattered around it, but I didn’t mind fixing it up.

“Good location and friendly staff but needs some spring cleaning and maintenance”

The location was good and the staff were friendly. The room was very dusty, the curtain kept falling down, and the power sockets were unsafe and broken. I couldn’t control the temperature in the room either.
