The owner was very friendly. The location and view are great, and the view is huge for the price. The bed was also very comfortable.

The rooms were decent, but the overall setting was dirty and poorly organized—typical guesthouse to avoid.

THE View. The name says it all. The sea/strand view from Mirissa is gorgeous, and stepping into the room feels incredible—unexpected for the price. An amazing room with exclusive amenities and a beautiful balcony; the staff are very friendly and take care of everything. All perfect!

A very nice, tiny spot in Mirissa with a perfect view over the beach and landscape—simply amazing! Breakfast was outstanding. The bathroom was super clean but humid and smelly; installing a ventilation fan would solve the issue.
