The only bright spot was that the refund came right away, no questions asked. Everything else was a mess: urine on the toilet and the seat, a whole lot of mud footprints, bugs everywhere, broken furniture, and even dinner trays used as furniture.

I was under the impression it was a non‑smoking hotel, yet the bed had a strong cigarette smell. When I returned in the evening, a bucket for cigarette butts was in the room, which was disappointing after the manager had made it clear that smoking was forbidden.

I never actually stayed there. The motel felt very creepy, the check‑in area was unkempt, and I asked for a refund because I saw no other cars or guests anywhere.
