The hotel is magnificent, with every detail considered, including phone chargers at the beds, a huge variety of delicious food and drinks for every taste, polite staff who solve any problem, an excellent private sandy beach 100 m from the hotel, the Apollo temple within walking distance, and a great promenade along the waterfront. My overall rating is 5+. The ping‑pong table is located in a very hot, unshaded spot.

The place was absolutely amazing—most comfortable I've ever stayed in, and the staff were the friendliest and most helpful. The hotel was freshly renovated, and they even wiped outdoor chairs after the rain. The food, bars, and cocktails were delicious and offered a huge variety, with all bars served by smiling waiters who stayed cheerful throughout. Evening entertainment was also nice, interesting, and different. The hotel owns a beach just a few meters from the nearest hotel bar; it’s clean and well-equipped. Guests staying more than 7 nights can pick 3 a‑la‑carta dinners, and our favorite was the Turkish one. The necessary shop is just across the street from the hotel. One downside was that sometimes we struggled to communicate in English because the place is very popular among Germans and the staff speak German very well, but all difficulties were eventually resolved.

Everything felt fine, except for the issue with the payment from Booking not going through to the hotel, which forced us to pay the full amount again. Because we had paid with a credit card, 200 euros were deducted from us. We were very disappointed; we wanted to enjoy our vacation, but the first days were ruined because we had to keep writing back and forth. This was our last booking with Booking.

The spa massages were incredible! I’ve tried them in many countries but never been massaged so well. The hotel’s location is great, with a beach and pool right next to the building. There’s a wide selection of meals and an extensive drink menu, all included in the all‑inclusive package. The room’s air conditioning works well. The minibar in the room wasn’t restocked daily, and it was quite expensive during peak season.

The beach was nice but lacked maintenance, the pool was better than the hotel, the minibar was good, the pool bar was great, and the room was clean. The female chef on the beach bar shift was very rude, acting like the customer was not a customer and giving us free service, so we didn’t use that part of the hotel. The food was both tasteless and limited, and there was no vegetarian menu. Because there was no room‑card app, we couldn’t charge anything for charging in the room. The requirement to be in the room to charge was very inconvenient.
