Olas del Mar Hotel by GHO Hoteles

The restaurant owner and the receptionists were very diligent, but when we arrived we were given a room at the back of floor 2, and as soon as we entered the ceiling was shared with another room and we could hear the neighbor’s shouting. The cleaner started tidying beds and making noise at 7 am, knocked on the door at 8 am and 9 am to see if anyone was out so she could clean, ignoring our rest. The shower didn’t drain properly, creating bad odors and flooding in room 222. The pool shown in the photos was shallow and dirty.

It’s super central to all the beaches, the staff are very friendly and attentive, and the room is always clean! We had a lighting issue, but the staff fixed it quickly.

The staff were very kind, but the air‑conditioners are tiny, old, and barely cool anything, so we probably won’t return.

The air conditioning was bad, the lamps would turn off and then stay dimly lit, never completely dark.
