Oft Alfre hotels - Goiânia

The breakfast was excellent, the view was stunning, and the restaurant was great. However, our weekend stay was disappointing; the hotel looked abandoned, the front‑garden plants were all dead, the rooms needed a lot of maintenance, and they forgot to put toilet paper in the bathroom. The place has potential, but the lack of care ruined the experience, so I do not recommend it right now.

“Satisfatória”

The location and room were fine. I had trouble using the microwave because I needed to heat filtered water for a surgical procedure, and when I ordered iFood I wasn’t allowed to eat at any table in the hall or restaurant and had difficulty borrowing utensils.

The cleaning was good. The hair dryer didn’t work and there wasn’t one to borrow; the receptionist said there were two but they were already lent out, so there wasn’t enough to cover the broken dryer. There was no water in the fridge‑freezer inside the apartment, which is the bare minimum any mid‑range hotel should provide. The receptionist was rude and needs training in guest relations.

Breakfast was a plus. The restaurant menu, though limited in variety, was a plus in terms of flavor. The building’s infrastructure is old and clearly has maintenance issues; the furniture is also very old and damaged. I ran out of hot water for two days, and the air‑conditioner didn’t blow cold air properly, highlighting the outdated infrastructure.

The accommodation was excellent and well‑sanitized. Towels and bathrobes were missing from the room.
