“Schöne Anlage, aber keine Erholung!”

The property is a nice spot right on the beach with free parking nearby, and the food quality was acceptable; the side view of the sea from the room was good. The room itself was very small, the bed was completely sagging and the springs were noticeable, and the walls let in a lot of noise – the evening program was loud, long, and nighttime noises kept coming. The toilet faucet didn’t work and the bathtub leaked all night; the glass door in the bathroom let everything in. The housekeeping did only the bare minimum, and sand from the beach stayed on the floor. Drinks at the bar were pricey and only pre‑mixed. The buffet had plenty of options and was well organized, but the hunt for seats made a relaxed dinner difficult.

The staff were very friendly; it must be hard to have such a team of waiters, cooks, cleaners, animators, etc. It was truly a pleasant experience. I can’t think of any negatives.

“Lovely stay if you prefer calm relaxing holiday”

The Condesa hotel’s location is spot‑on, the food was absolutely amazing with a wide variety, the restaurants and bars were very clean, and the evening shows were great with ample seating. The drink selection was also good. Every staff member was friendly and service was quick, and the restaurant décor changed daily. In the room we didn’t like a wardrobe without doors (hanging clothes on the pole made the space look messy) and a small makeup table and chair lacked a mirror, which is essential for a woman, even though there’s a full‑size mirror near the door. Despite those two issues, we had a pleasant stay and will return.

“Todo muy bien, excelente”

Everything was excellent. The only downside was the lack of parking, though it wasn’t needed during my stay, and the reservation never offered the all‑inclusive option that might have been good.
