“Preis - Leistung stimmt nicht wirklich!”
The rooms are nice with a small balcony. The sauna with pool and the rest is great. Breakfast was good and plentiful, and there was a decent space to eat where dogs are allowed. The beds, pillows and bathrobes are very comfortable. The hotel is old‑fashioned, the carpet isn’t up‑to‑date, and the balcony was very overgrown. A coffee machine was missing; when I asked upon arrival a young man said there would be one. The fridge was off, and when I mentioned it later an older staff member said it couldn’t be fixed now, and it would take until the desired temperature. For 255 € + 25 € for the dog per night, one would expect the fridge to be on and a coffee option available. If everything is digitised, messages/orders should be read and replied to – that didn’t happen, even when I asked if I could possibly leave something later. I mentioned all this at checkout when asked if everything was fine, but I didn’t feel heard. It’s not great; there’s still room for improvement. It would have been nice if the sauna stayed open until 22 h on weekends; it wasn’t stated that it closed at 21 h, which was stressful and the saunas weren’t hot enough.
