The location is convenient, but they couldn’t locate our reservation; I called several times before anyone answered. Eventually someone came, but the service felt unprofessional. We asked for extra bed sheets for the extra bed and never received them, so the hospitality needs improvement.

The location and the view from the window are good, but the room is very old, run-down, and there are cockroaches.
