“Unacceptable and rude customer service by Khan Pour at front desk”

Our room was really nice, yet we had a very disappointing experience at Luang Prabang View Hotel because of the appalling customer service at the front desk. The day before our departure, while planning our sightseeing schedule, we asked if a late check‑out was possible since we were leaving at 10:00 AM and might not return by 12:00 PM. Instead of handling the request professionally, the front office assistant, Khan Pout, was extremely rude and unhelpful. He dismissively told us, “That’s not my problem, then you have to check out at 10:00 AM.” This hostility and poor attitude are completely unacceptable for hospitality standards and ruined our experience. Guests should not be treated with such disrespect; basic courtesy was clearly lacking here. I strongly advise management to retrain their front desk staff on basic customer service and respect.

世界中のホテルに泊まりましたが、 トップクラスに素晴らしい５スターホテルです。 優雅で美しくホテルマンは優しい。 朝食もビュッフェでなく、 その都度丁寧に作ってくれました。 大満足のホテルです。. 水回りの蛇口の加減が雑でした。

The rooms were spotless, the garden was beautifully designed and well kept, and the view from the location was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed them. No complaints.

“Très bien mais a la place de la piscine il y a un bassin de poisson”

The place we stayed in was great, but it had nothing to do with the hotel shown in the photos. Everything else was fine, just that it wasn’t the hotel in the picture.

“One of the best hotels I've visited”

The room was beautiful, the pool offered a 360‑degree view, the gym was large and had AC, and the staff were very attentive. The restaurant food and breakfast were excellent. The only issue was the check‑out process.
