It was quite cheap, cool and nicely prepared. There was a communal pool but it didn't bother us. We couldn't find the private parking, so we ended up standing on the street; there was a spot but it belonged to Netto and they'd tow after 1 hour, yet we didn't ask.

Well‑equipped accommodation, refrigerator, microwave and kettle included with instant coffee in the common area. An Asian restaurant is part of the house, a supermarket is right next to the accommodation. Overall very clean and tidy. Internet very fast. The room is very sound‑prone, so when other guests arrive or leave you can hear them. The very small TV only has the public‑broadcast channels. The staff promised a discount at the in‑house restaurant; this was a 1 € reduction on the total bill, which was very stingy. The next S‑bahn station is about 20 minutes walk away. The overnight price for what was offered was too high in my case.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The premises are large enough and clean. The heating in the room works very well, so it's ideal even for winter. The bathroom is freshly renovated.
