“Buena”
The location and room were good, but the bed was uncomfortable.
“I was happy and beyond satisfied with our first room 108 but the second room 114 wasn’t as cared for”
The room started clean, but when they swapped us into a different room it was dusty and had older, less modern amenities and a rougher structure. The new room was obviously not as well maintained as the first one we had.
“Passable”
Free parking and a location not far from the airport were pluses, and the room was clean; however, when I arrived an hour before the 15:00 check‑in time the receptionist immediately told me I couldn’t check in yet without even checking if the room was ready, and when I came back at 14:58 she stared at her watch as if it were too early. The next evening the gentleman on duty was much friendlier. The cleaning wasn’t done the next day, the room was poorly insulated so I could hear the neighbors talking, and the housekeeping was lacking.
“There shouldn’t be slugs or extreme sewage issues that staff refuse to acknowledge”

I pointed it out to the front desk, and the woman didn’t get it even though I held a slug on a paper towel in front of her. She preferred arguing over fixing things and even tried to cancel my stay because of my complaint. I had to take my daughter to the ER at 2am because the room was so dusty that she woke up coughing uncontrollably and crying that she couldn’t breathe.
