The property is open, but we had to remind staff 2‑3 times for repeated requests; the Wi‑Fi in the room was removed 3‑4 hours before check‑out, and when we called reception, they sent someone who then didn’t fix it.

The interior atmosphere is nice, and there’s nothing specific to note.

The rooms are neat and clean, staff are good, and the location is perfect; Abayanga was excellent. However, the bath fittings in the room are very old and water doesn’t flow properly, breakfast isn’t that good and could taste better, and the filter coffee was bad— it wasn’t hot and had milk skin or clotted cream on it.
