Rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and the bed was comfortable, but there was no free coffee for guests.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff wonderful; the rooms are inviting, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed; the location is perfect with The Orion Amphitheater and several great restaurants all within easy walking distance; be sure to try Salt Factory Pub, which is also just a short walk away; a special shout‑out to Dev and Ryan at the front desk for their warm, welcoming, and professional service—they made checking in quick and effortless, and we had a wonderful stay!

I was initially disappointed when my reservation was cancelled without any explanation, which was really frustrating. However, the hotel showed great customer service by offering me an alternative stay at the Holiday Inn, which was a nice gesture. Although I was still a bit disappointed that I didn't get to stay at this hotel, I appreciated their effort to make things right.
