The hotel’s location is good. We did not receive any information about the stay; we had to call ourselves. The key boxes are on high floors, hard to reach and to enter codes. The locks are shiny. When checking out it was unclear how to leave the keys, whether to retrieve the same code or just put them in.

The hotel was cold even though the outside temperature was around 6 °C at night and 12–14 °C during the day; the heating was insufficient. The internet was unstable and did not provide an adequate connection even though I was almost alone in the hotel. A piece of toilet paper was on the toilet when I entered the room. I did not meet any staff during my stay except for the lady serving breakfast who spoke only the local language.

Breakfast was good and check‑in was quick. I disliked the damaged carpet in the room.

The location is perfect, the room is large, and breakfast in the restaurant is fresh. The shower in the business room did not drain properly.
