The place was clean, the breakfast was generous, and the standard late check‑out worked well. However, the staff at the front desk were very business‑like and curt, offering no questions about the stay at check‑out and little information at check‑in. The elevators are a bit old and noisy, which can be heard in rooms 120 and 119 on the first floor.

We had another fantastic stay at the hotel! From the arrival, the service quality, and the care during the stay all the way to departure, everything was fabulous!! I’m giving it another full ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ this time as well! I especially want to highlight Frau Karges from management, who always has an open ear for customers and also for her staff – that’s how the operation runs smoothly and guests keep coming back! Heike from the breakfast team is also a star in the rating, with her warm manner, handling tasks and still helping with various customer requests. Simply top! Nice shower, too bad you had to stand in a bathtub. The room was clean. In reality everything was fine, but you shouldn’t expect anything special. The price‑quality ratio is off. Parking garage adds to the cost. Breakfast was messy. For the price you could expect a bit more.

A very good hotel with nice breakfast, but their Wi‑Fi was slow and unstable – could be improved.
