I came on a work trip to a central location and loved the experience; Mónica’s service was exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, small, and very quiet right across from the Tobera waterfalls. For a free breakfast they gave me coffee pods and sobaos, which I appreciated because it let me eat. The hotel was very clean and lovely. I’ll return the next time work sends me to this area without hesitation.

The location in Tobera was good. However, there was no hot water at night or in the morning, the TV remote didn’t work, the curtain rod in the room was broken, and the shower screen looked like it was about to fall out. They offered cookies and coffee for breakfast, but the capsule machine was jammed. It definitely needs maintenance and more care for the facilities, not just reminders to leave the room by 11 as they repeated in several messages. It’s very expensive for what it is.

The place looked very pretty and the location was also nice. We had the issue of no hot water.

The facilities have their charm, but there was no one waiting for us when we arrived.

The place is very pretty and I don’t think the breakfast was great because, although they said it was good, we didn’t have anything. I think the customer service and lack of hot water were problems.
