I liked how clean the hotel was, its convenient spot near the metro station, and the owner’s friendly, welcoming attitude. However, the manager was rude and unprofessional, the AC switch was turned off by staff multiple times without telling us, and Room No. 101 didn’t have an exhaust ventilation system, which was quite inconvenient.

I felt more like a hostel guest than a hotel stay; the A/C was turned off automatically by staff at 5 am, supposedly to cool it down, which I found absurd. The staff kept asking for tips even for simple things like bedsheets and tea, and one even messaged me on WhatsApp—ridiculous.
