The lush tropical rainforest backdrop gives this hotel a hidden‑hideaway feel. The food was five‑star, the staff were attentive without being overbearing, and my room was breathtaking. Every facility was exceptional, and I can’t think of anything that wasn’t perfect.

The location, resort, and waterfall were great. I was shocked by the kettle and the warmth in the toilet; we pointed it out, but they took no action.
