The spot was unbeatable, right in the middle of everything, and the beds were comfy while the room stayed tidy. I was uneasy about the fixed room code that everyone used; it felt unsafe because anyone in the hotel could access my room, including previous guests. I also didn’t know the front desk closed at 10 p.m., so with no overnight security and a shared code, I felt insecure and couldn’t sleep, especially as a single mom with two little ones.
