Mercure Kamen Unna

“Dennoch wie immer zufrieden”

In room 405 the sink didn’t drain and the bathtub’s handhold was loose.

Worse value for money for a 4 star hotel. For me it was a business trip and it was not comfortable at all. The location is outside any city and the hotel does not offer restaurant/ minibar. The restaurant was closed, the bar was closed, The breakfast incredible expensive for the offer. In the room was very cold. I needed taxi every morning for my business location and one of the receptionists was not able to properly call a taxi for me so I was late at my course that morning, I had to share a taxi with two more persons from the hotel although I said I really need to be there on time and not getting late. She was also very unfriendly. All these things considered, this hotel is absolutely NOT a 4 star Hotel. I would not book again

“Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.”

The reception was friendly and everything was very clean, yet the parking ticket that was paid directly was not activated.
