Everyone was kind and helpful. That means a lot when you have a disability. When we checked in - the front desk gal gave us a memorized speech about the hotel policies. I understand that the hotel has policies ( I worked 15 years as a front desk clerk) I just feel it could of been said a little more kindly. I felt like I was being scolded

Everything was perfect; after a rough start to the holiday, the comfortable beds and breakfast were a welcome relief, and the stopover location was great.
