The reception was flawless, with staff who were incredibly attentive and friendly.

The spot is super easy to reach by bus 1, the rooms are small but spotless, though depending on the room you can hear the trains a bit, and the kitchen is quite tiny but otherwise fine and especially cheap compared to others.
