Soundproofed rooms offer natural light and views of central Barcelona or Las Ramblas. The hotel serves daily breakfast and is close to Liceu Theatre, Gothic Quarter, and Barcelona Cathedral, within a 10-minute walk.

Friendly service, delicious water in the tap without sediment, and you don’t have to remember to have water in the room; location is top, it’s clean :) but it’s quite noisy around the hotel, maybe temporary due to renovations. Booking claims there’s a taxi transfer to the hotel, which is false, and the hotel knows nothing about it, so blame Booking.

I stayed in room 401, which was lovely, clean, and quiet; the staff were very friendly and I enjoyed my stay overall. It was a pity that the bar and restaurant were closed because I booked for the wrong dates—my fault—but otherwise it was a lovely experience.
