The reception staff were very welcoming, as was the SPA team; the hotel is very clean with a carefully decorated reception. Breakfast was repetitive and very limited even for a 4‑star hotel. Also, the lady in charge at the breakfast restaurant was very dry, almost mean.

The staff were very friendly and quick to respond. The family room was spacious enough and had a small kitchenette with a fridge, utensils, a single stove, and a kettle. The bathroom came with soap, shower cream, and a toothbrush kit. We were traveling with a baby, and the room included a bassinet. Breakfast had a wide selection, and the airport was a short distance away, though traffic meant you need to allow extra travel time. The pool water was a bit dirty and had a bad smell.

The staff were incredibly helpful, easing the stress from a rough Uber ride and even arranging another Uber for us at 3am. The room was very quiet, spotless, and the bed was super comfortable. It’s also conveniently close to the airport. The hallway lighting felt a bit gloomy, and there was no wake‑up call service.
