“Meraviglioso”
The food is excellent, varied, and always available around the resort at any hour. Drinks, both non‑alcoholic and alcoholic, are served freely. The pools are clean and organized, and there’s no trouble finding a spot given the size of the complex; pool and beach towels are provided daily. Naturally, there are bars and restaurants by the pool and on the beach. Room cleanliness is great, with daily minibar restocks. In my opinion, it deserves five stars. A special thanks to Mr. Michalis Simiakos, the hotel manager, who proved to be a capable, always‑available person who handled the needs of guests and was exceptional in managing such a large resort. He was really good at speaking Italian with us from room 566 and helping us when problems arose. Thanks, we’ll definitely return. A major flaw is the shower in the rooms. The floor is extremely slippery and dangerous for people of my age and my wife’s. It would be essential to install a non‑slip mat and a shower door; with only half a wall closed, water spills onto the bathroom floor. I should note that when I requested a non‑slip mat, it was delivered within an hour, but I’ve read reviews that complain, so it would be better to address this.
