Everything was fine overall, the staff were friendly, but since I was always on the move I didn’t notice much of them. The shower was good, and there was unlimited coffee and tea at all times! 👍 I stayed for 4 nights and, although I don’t expect room service in a hostel, it would be nice if the bins were emptied every two days in a country where you can’t flush toilet paper. Or at least a bin where you can empty your bathroom waste yourself. I didn’t like the duvet; in my previous hostels I always had cozy blankets, here there was only a sandwich‑size sheet, wool blanket, sheet. An open kitchen in a hostel where many guests leave early for tours is an interesting concept. I was there in the off‑season, but it’s probably very loud in peak season. All in all OK, but a bit cold-hearted.

The location is good, close to points of interest in Puerto Natales. Hector’s service was excellent—he helped, advised, and gave us information about Natales. The accommodation facilities are very good and complete. The place is always warm and comfortable. The kitchen has everything needed. We would definitely stay again.
