The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and there was nothing negative.

We were first assigned room 314, which had no hot water, a bad odor, and was unclean. After moving to room 110, the staff said the first floor had more hot water, yet the room still wasn’t clean and the bathroom was dirty; the trim around the door needed a quick wipe. The room still smelled unclean, and the pull‑out couch was filthy under the mattress. Having stayed here many times before, we will never return. Breakfast was a total joke.
