Location was okay, but the room was very old and small.

The room met my expectations, the baby cot was set up as requested, daily housekeeping and towel changes were prompt, and shops and restaurants were nearby. The garbage trucks made noise late at night and early in the morning, though that wasn't the hotel's fault. The pool wasn't heated, but that was known; the outdoor water was quite cold even in September. The sea was lukewarm, and the beach at Can Picafort was not impressive. It works as a base for other beaches and day trips. The sofa bed frame with the mattress was uncomfortable.

The location is great; the long beach is right across the road, and the food is awesome too. We had half board, and both breakfast and dinner were great. Everyone around was very helpful, so if you have any questions or doubts they’re ready to assist.
