Helen was very friendly, and the hotel facilities and room gave me all the comfort I wanted. The only issue was that the fan exhaust in the comfort room was a bit noisy and might need maintenance or cleaning.

The room was good, clean, and had everything we needed, and it was easy to access the property when we arrived. The owner communicated well, and free tea, coffee, and biscuits were available. On the downside, the kitchen plates, cups, and cutlery were quite dirty, there was no washing‑up liquid or sponge to clean them, and only three tea towels were available to dry them. The site said there was a washing machine and dryer, but before I arrived they messaged saying it would be $10 per kg to use it (not mentioned on the website), which is very expensive. Also, I couldn’t find the dishwasher in the kitchen that was mentioned on the site.

The location was quiet, the place was very clean, the room was great, and parking was easy. I couldn’t figure out how to use the air‑conditioner; instructions would help.

The bed was comfy, there was plenty of street parking, the bathroom was clean, and the room was well equipped. It’s good value if you’re just looking for a bed for the night. The only downside was that some other guests were very loud getting home late at night, so you’ll hear everything—pack ear plugs.
