The staff and cleanliness were good, yet the rooms were cold and the heating did nothing; we weren't told the parking was paid, 22€ a day, but the hostess offered us a coffee as a nice gesture.

The proximity to the stadium, the quality of the bedding, and the cleanliness were all excellent, and everything was just fine!

We were upgraded after the fourth night, which we appreciated, but the new room had a clogged bathroom sink and the air‑conditioning stopped working; I especially thank the night supervisor for being professional, attentive, and responsive, whereas the daytime staff were disappointedly unhelpful and didn't try to understand our concerns, which would have made the stay much better.

The room was perfect, all the essentials were present, and the King‑size bed made for a great sleep, but the restaurant was understaffed and half the menu was unavailable.
