I couldn't find any signs, so I had to turn back twice just to figure out how to get there; getting to the hotel was practically impossible.

I never recommend this hotel. Driving from the Carpathians, we couldn't check in because the parking was blocked by a car. When we asked the front desk to fix it, the administrator told us that the guest was a “city slicker” and she wouldn't ask the staff to clean up. If you’re exhausted after a trip and want to relax, steer clear of this place—here you’ll experience “zero service” because they only care about “slick guests.” The only bright spot was the woman at the front desk who apologized for the administrator and was extremely polite and well-mannered. Never check in here!

The location, cleanliness, and food were great, but it was very noisy because there was a party downstairs.

Дуже затишно, та красива територія. Привітний персонал. Подорожували на елетроавто, дуже шкода, що в такому великому комплексі, відсутня електрозарядна станція
